I'm Tamara MacDonald. I launched the platform I wish I'd had when I was starting out, shaped around the women I've spent my career serving.
The Long Version
In 2020, I sold my social media marketing agency. Not because it was failing. Because I was. I'd built what looked like a successful business from the outside. Clients, revenue, a team. And underneath, I was exhausted, resentful, and ready to light the whole thing on fire. I didn't want to manage another account. I didn't want to open Slack on a Sunday. I didn't want to pretend I loved the work anymore, because I didn't.
So I sold it, and I spent the next six years doing something completely different. I went behind the scenes at some of the biggest HighLevel whitelabel agencies in the world, designing the operations and support systems their members used every day. Which means I spent six years on Zoom with the women who'd bought those platforms. Coaches. Course creators. Consultants. Service providers. Women running real businesses, with real clients, real revenue, and real ambition. And I heard the same frustrations on repeat.
